I pride myself on using local produce and you can’t really get fresher or more local than Abrahams Farm Shop next door and free range Venison from Harold, 3 miles away.

I have kept prices down without compromising on quality of produce and the fresh flavours used in my dishes.’

A little bit more about us........

The Millhouse Hotel as it stands today is built around the original Mill owner’s house and still boasts many original features including the flag stone floor.

The mill stones, once used to grind the wheat, now also take their place in the gardens overlooking the mill race. The hotel is located just off the A6, 7 miles north of Bedford central to the towns of Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Cambridge.

With a permanent marquee for up to 120 people, private dining facilities in the conservatories overlooking the river, 10 beautifully appointed bedrooms, external catering and an award winning Chef the Millhouse has something for everyone.

We pride ourselves in using local, seasonal produce whenever we can with P.E Burley & Son in Turvey providing our prime beef, pork, lamb, chicken and duck whilst many of our vegetables are sourced from neighbour Mark Abrahams and our wines come from Continental Wines in Biggleswade.
